Ingredients

  • 1 pc Banana
  • 2-3 pcs Dates deseeded
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Chop banana and dates
  • Blend banana and dates with almond milk till the mixture is smooth.
  • Serve n enjoy!!

Notes

I used Medjool dates, that are the best dates you can get, they are sweet, soft and easy to blend. Medjool dates are beneficial for your heart and digestion too!
