Healthy Bhel Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pc tomato
  • 1 pc cucumber
  • 1 pc onion
  • 1 pc Boiled potato
  • 1 tbs Dry bhel baked one not fried
  • 1 tbs roasted peanuts
  • Lemon to taste
  • Tamarind chutney to taste
  • Coriander mint chutney to taste

Instructions

  • Chop all the vegetables and get ready with your green chutney and tamarind chutney.
  • Mix all the ingredients including dry bhel and roasted peanuts. Enjoy!!

Notes

Tip: You can add boiled chickpeas, sprouts to make it more healthy and wholesome.
