Hello,
Myself and my family started Millets from today. We are in Canada and would
Like to join Whatsup and Telegram group, with above links I am not able to join.
One qstn :- My wife is expecting, my digestion is week and my daughter is having skin issue, if we go as per as per protocol then we have to cook 3 different types of Millets every day which is not practical. Siridhanya is food, everyone can eat as long also we cook it properly (min. 6-8 hrs soaking and then cook). You may want to give millet in ambali form to your daughter – you can take each millet 2 days each and then rotate.
