Try buying via Amazon.com, or similar sites. It is important that the millet are unpolished. If you can get hand-pounded millet thats best. See if one of your friend can bring it from India – WARNING!!!! please do check if US Immigration allows millet or millet that fall under siridhanya category, as many countries has ban (weird is not it, but thats the reality).
Regarding PDFs and related material, we are trying to streamline that further, in the meantime you can check sirijeevan.org website and find it there. Sujata, I am in US California. Indian grocery stores have millet but they do not have label unpolished. Manna product have label “Pearled and Hulled”. Other brand is Ganga Kaveri, this brand does not have anything on the label. Is there any one carry siridhanya brand in US?? Let me know.
