Take water in a pan and bring it to boil and turn the flame off.
Put tomatoes, spinach, garlic, basil leaves in the hot water for 10 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients along with the water.
Add herbs, spices and lemon before serving according to your taste.

Tip: You can also use 8-10 soaked cashews instead of avocado. Try adding chopped steamed vegetables like beans, carrot, peas etc at the time of serving for wholesome meal.
