we don’t have just one age – we have two.
The first is our chronological age, marked by the number of candles on our birthday cake. That number only goes one way. No mercy.
But the second is our biological age – the age of our tissues, our cells, our systems. It reflects how fast or how slowly we are aging. And here’s the surprising part: biological age is not fixed. Depending on how we live, it can go up or down.

Now lets see these discoveries …
First,
I learned about the hallmarks of aging – the true biological reasons we age: damaged mitochondria, stem cell exhaustion, cellular communication breakdown. We believed these changes were permanent. But now scientists are discovering that some of them can be slowed and even partially reversed. Our bodies have built‑in repair pathways, quietly waiting to be switched on.
Second,
A UCLA scientist Steve Horvath, in 2013 developed the first reliable way to measure biological age. It’s known as the Horvath Clock. For the first time, we could measure, track, and prove that lifestyle choices actually influence how we age.
The Third
finding : an Oxford study linking accelerated biological aging to cancer. The same pattern appears in heart disease, Alzheimer’s, diabetes – nearly all degenerative diseases are deeply connected to aging itself.

Think of your body as your house – your one true home. Like any house, it experiences wear and tear. Windows fog, Pipes clog, the roof leaks and if no one calls the repair crew, deterioration speeds up
You can, of course, hire someone to fix only the outside. Apply fresh paint. Make it shine from outside. Today, those paints have fancy names – Botox, fillers, microneedling. From the street, the house may look stunning. But inside, the wiring may be faulty, the foundation weakened, termites quietly eating away where you can’t see.
But when you take care of the inside – strengthen the foundation, repair the wiring, something remarkable happens. Even old houses – let’s call them historic homes, can be restored, rejuvenated, and brought back to life.
Because when we learn how to influence aging from the inside out, we don’t just extend life – we improve it. We lower the risk of disease. We gain vitality. And yes, we may even look and feel like we’re aging in reverse.
When aging is modifiable, the way we age becomes a choice.
My choice. Your choice.
And here’s the good news: influencing how you age – getting biologically younger – may be far simpler than you think.
Early in my research, one truth stood out clearly: forget the endless gimmicks, fads, and biohacks. The real magic lies in the basics. The fundamentals. And it’s not about drastic overnight change.
What truly moves the needle are small, consistent actions – tiny acts of self‑respect and self‑love repeated daily.
We have three stops on our journey to getting younger with age.

First: the MIND

Watch what you think. A long‑term Yale study showed that people with a positive, empowering view of aging lived an average of seven and a half years longer than those who feared it. Seven and a half years.
What we believe about the next season of our life can literally extend it or shorten it.
Let’s choose wisely.
Second: the BODY.

Your body is not a ticking time bomb. It is a healing machine.
One study showed that people reduced their biological age by more than three years in just eight weeks by following a simple diet and lifestyle protocol. No needles. No miracle pills. Just fundamentals: real food, sleep, movement, stress reduction, toxin awareness.

The things we already know work – when we actually do them.
Treat your body like it wants to get younger, and very often, it responds quickly. And…
Finally: the SOUL.

This is your invitation to reconnect with the inner voice that got drowned out by deadlines, responsibilities, and doing everything for everyone else.
What brings you joy? What lights you up? Who do you really want to spend your time with?
Harvard research shows that deep relationships, meaningful connection, and a sense of purpose – big or small, are not just nice to have. They are powerful longevity boosters.
And here’s the bonus: even travel can lower biological age. Exploring new places, cultures, and experiences acts as a potent rejuvenator.
So for your 100th birthday, or your next one – meet me in one of the beautiful cities of the world. Or anywhere in the world. Let’s share good food, movement, laughter, and wonder. Because joy, too, is medicine.

And if anyone ever tells you that you’re too old, too gray, that your time has passed, that it’s too late for big dreams or outrageous health
look them straight in the eye and say just two words:
Watch me.
