Really quick and easy to make all you need is just Almonds and Water, and some love for "wholesome" milk! This recipe makes use of slow-juicer (cold-pressed juicer), in case you do not have slow juicer, you can use bullet mixer/grinder, it just takes bit longer and effort to filter the milk.

Ingredients
1/2cupalmondswithout shell
1cupwaterto soak
2.5cupswaterfor juicing
Instructions
Soak the almonds (without shell) in water over night (preferably soak them for nearly 20-24hrs), this will ensure they are tender when you juice (or should I say 'milk') them.
If almonds are soaked well, their skin will loosen up a bit, making it easy to peel. Drain the water, and peel the skin off the almonds.
Put peeled almonds in a large bowl, and keep a large spoon handy. Switch on the slow juicer.
Add almonds mixed in water one spoon at a time to the juicer, and juicer will do the rest.
Dont throw away the almond pulp - that is packed with fiber and nutrients too and you can use that in many different ways - e.g. add it to soup, or desserts for creamy and rich texture.
