Chickpeas
soaked overnight

Cucumber
chopped
1
cup
Tomato
chopped
1/2

Onions
chopped
Coriander Leaves
to garnish
Green Chilli
to taste
Dry Mango Powder
to taste
Tamarind Chutney
to taste
Green Chutney
made with coriander and mint (to taste)
Rock Salt
to taste
Black Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Boil/Steam chickpeas
Take chickpeas in a bowl
Add all vegetable and mix well.
Add chutneys and all spices.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
Notes
Tip: You can add more seasonal and raw vegetables of your choice like bell pepper, lettuce, spinach etc. to make it more nutritious.
