Instructions
  1. Boil the noodles in a wide pan and drain water, and keep it aside while we prepare the vegetables. Tip: Add a pinch of oil to the water to keep the noodles from sticking together
  2. Chop Onions, Capsicum, and Mushrooms to small pieces
    chopped vegetables
  3. Thinly slice the Cabbage and Carrot

  4. Roughly chop the Spinach and Mint leaves

  5. Make a fine paste in a mixer, and keep it aside Tip: Do not add extra water as mint and spinach leave have sufficient water to make paste

  6. Add Flaxseed oil to a deep pan, and cook Onions until light brown on medium flame

  7. ...and add all vegetables, and mix well, cook for 2 minutes on medium flame

  8. Add boiled noodles and mix well, and add Spinach-Mint paste. Mix well, cook for 1 minute on low flame, and Yum Garden Noodles are ready. Serve hot with sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
