Oil Free Pakoras
No need to compromise on your health as well as taste. You can have these oil free pakoras as much as you want.

Instructions
  1. Take a big mixing bowl and add peas, potato cubes and onion slices.
  2. Add gram flour with all the spices of your choice.
  3. Mix well with water to make thick and sticky blend.
  4. Boil water in a steamer.
  5. Make balls of the mixture and put in the steamer. Steam till the pakoras are ready.
  6. Put all the steamed pakoras in a pan and roast.
  7. Serve with Green Chutney or Tamarind Date chutney.
  8. Enjoy with Tea.
Recipe Notes
  • You can use any seasonal vegetables of your choice.
  • Use organic vegetables.
  • You can ¬†use oven also to roast the steamed pakoras.
