Instructions
  1. Add water in a pan and bring to boil and turn off the flame.
  2. Add tomatoes, cashews, basil leaves, mint leaves to the boiled water for 10 mins.
  3. Blend all the soaked ingredients including along with the water.
  4. Strain the soup. (Optional)
  5. Add rock salt, black pepper.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves
Recipe Notes

You  can add tender coconut cream or avocado instead of cashews for creamy consistency.
