Healthy eating is possible when eating out yet little tricky. Hectic schedules, work and travel results in eating out almost atleast once/twice a week. I make sure always that I make the right choice.
I will tell u my experience of eating out with breakfast , lunch and dinner ….
Last week we had breakfast at Roots – Cafe in the park, Gurgaon. It’s cafe in the park. They have great ambiance. We had poha and dal chilla and requested them not to add any extra dash of oil or ghee over the dishes.
We had lunch at Organic Express, Gurgaon. Their food is organic, using less oil, they use whole wheat for every bread .I dont feel guilty after eating their food. I love their food but one thing I don’t like about them that they also serve non vegetarian. What we ordered is Vada Pav and Chhole Kulche.
We ordered Fresh Salads for dinner from FRSH and they met all my expectations of fresh, healthy, clean and food safe packing. I would usually not order salad from restaurants for multiple reasons, but FRSH changed my perception and I am happy to have found one.
